WHAT IS THE SOUTHWARK HOSPITALITY SKILLS HUB?

Rinova Ltd have been commissioned by the London Borough of Southwark to deliver HUB services. The HUB will work closely with sector employers to identify current skills shortages within the industry and devise training programmes to equip local residents to address these needs. Through one-to-one advocacy and support, the HUB will support employers to find and retain suitably skilled candidates, whilst also helping local residents to secure quality jobs within the Hospitality Industry.
As well as providing solutions to current workforce demands, the HUB aims to influence and encourage the workforce of the future. To this end, the HUB will work with Southwark schools and colleges to highlight the many exciting opportunities that exist in this sector.
